Fees, Rates & Billing
Your plan is a flat fee: one price for the full scope described above, regardless of how many hours it takes us. The schedule below covers everything else — hourly rates for optional work, how your trust deposit operates, and third-party costs.
Hourly Rates for Work Outside Flat-Fee Scope
Your selected plan is a flat fee. These rates apply only to hourly add-ons you choose and to work you ask us to take on outside the written scope, always confirmed with you first.

Client Trust Deposit & Replenishment
Deposits are held in the firm's IOLTA trust account in accordance with state bar rules. Unearned amounts are refunded at the close of the matter.

These are third-party charges, not legal fees. They are flagged separately everywhere they appear on this proposal.
